Adelaide United Kick off the FFA Cup with Green Options

Adelaide United are expecting a sold-out crowd for the FFA Cup Round of 16 match against Melbourne Victory, which will be held Wednesday 21st August at the prestigious Marden Sports Complex in South Australia which is proudly maintained by Green Options.

Adelaide United played the Newcastle Jets a week prior at the same Adelaide venue, with Michael Marrone scoring his second official goal of his professional career for a tense 1 – 0 win for The Reds.


The clash kicks off at 7:30pm AEST and Green Options will be there to make sure the event runs smoothly from start to finish. To catch the action, tune in to Fox Sports for a live broadcast of the game.

Adelaide United came out on top against Melbourne victory with a 3 – 0 Victory which will move the team through to the FFA Cup quarter final.

Adelaide’s chief executive, Grant Mayer was extremely happy with the grounds at Marden and the success Adelaide United are achieving on them, he said: “Adelaide is chasing more FFA cup action at Marden Sports Complex, and is considering bringing A League matches to the venue”.
