Green Options had an exciting couple of weeks in Western Australia, with two huge events being held at stadiums we maintain, followed by elite-level sporting events just days later.

It was an action-packed weekend of sport at Industree Group Stadium in Gosford, Central Coast NSW. The Cup of Nations, an international tournament featuring some of the world's top women's football teams, kicked off at the stadium with two back-to-back double headers played on the pristine turf surface.

Lilly and 5 other women worked alongside staff at Cobram Barooga Golf Club to prepare the course for the TPS Murray River golf tournament, which features a mixed field of men and women competing for the same prize purse. The program gave Lilly the opportunity to operate state-of-the-art John Deere equipment at Cobram Barooga Golf Club. A huge congratulations to Lilly and all the other talented women in the turf industry, it was great to see you all involved in such a fantastic program for our industry.

What a night it was this past Friday, at The Landscaping Association Landscape Excellence Awards Night for 2022 held at Big Top in Luna Park. Green Options was awarded a total of 8 awards across multiple categories, we took home the most coveted award of the night with Landscaper of the Year, 3 Gold Awards, 3 Category Winner Awards, and 1 Silver Award, making us the most highly awarded Landscape Management company of the night.

It’s been another amazing result for our cricket curating team in Victoria. The 2021-2022 Victorian Premier Cricket season concluded and the points from each first-grade cricket facility were calculated to determine the ground of the year. Followed by an awards ceremony acknowledging the achievements of everyone that played a role in this year's VIC cricket season.

It’s been another fantastic year for our cricket curator teams at Green Options, the hard work and dedication that our Greenkeepers put into their work has paid off for an astonishing third year in a row.
